As a sample, we will cover, learn about, and practice where applicable, a portion of the following: The adaptive role of stress, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT techniques)/self talk, using the 5 senses of calming as anxiety relief strategies, body scan/mindfulness/relaxation techniques, window of tolerance, ways to express and release anxiety, learning to listen to and trust your body. —
