Rosé Release & Paella Dinner

Join us for an evening full of fresh beer, great wine, food & music! Tour the facility & chat with the brewers that make the magic happen.
(If you only want wine we can serve you the equivalent of the flight in Rosé and possibly our red wine if we have it in time.)
Early Bird Ticket $74, order by This Friday April 21st midnight.

We are so excited that we obtained our wine makers license and we want to share a tasting line up of our Beers & Wines paired with a bit of nostalgia with a classic AZU menu.
5:30 for a tour of the brewery and chat with the brewers followed by dinner on the patio with Chefs Laurel & Noah. Live Music start at 7 pm
1. Stuffed Dates
Medjol dates stuffed with chorizo & wrapped in bacon
Chaparral Amber Ale
Brewed with wild foraged Black Sage, White Sage, and Purple Sage. Bittered with Noble Hops.
White Gruit
Traditional Pre Purity Law Ale brewed with wheat, Honey, Lemon, Yarrow and Mugwort.
3. Seafood Paella
Saffron rice, shrimp, octopus, sausage & vegetables.
Rosé Wine
Grenache & Syrah with a touch of Malvasia from Santa Barbara County
4. Flourless Chocolate Torte
Caramelized walnuts and caramel sauce
Dos Cabrones
�Classic dopplebock, brewed for medium body, aged in Ventura Spirits strawberry brandy barrels for 6 months.
