Experience a pink moment sunset as we enjoy a BBQ dinner, live music, and more to support HSVC and the animals we serve in our community. Attire is summer casual with appropriate food wear for our gravel parking lot. Street parking will be available. This event will take place rain or shine. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Thank you for your understanding!

Evening Agenda
6:00 to 6:45 pm – Welcome reception: Upon arrival at the shelter, you will be greeted with a signature cocktail, beer or wine, and charcuterie boards as you mingle with fellow animal lovers. Grab a mystery wine bottle from our wine pull or wait for your chance to bid at the live auction during dinner.

7:00 pm – Dinner: Live music performed by Kelly’s Lot, BBQ buffet provided by Q Time BBQ Co. (vegetarian and vegan options available), beer provided by Ojai Valley Brewery

Enjoy beer/wine and a delicious buffet dinner offering a selection of tri-tip, chicken, vegan chili, veggie burgers, grilled vegetables, salad, and garlic bread. And did we mention cake, a celebration is not complete without dessert!

9:00 pm – After party at Ojai Valley Brewery with more live music and brews

Limited to 24 tickets! This ticket gets you family-style dinner and beverage service and VIP seating with either: HSVC Executive Director, Eric Knight, HSVC Director of Shelter Operations, Karen Terpstra, or HSVC Board President Sheila McCollum.
