Feldenkrais lessons use gentle mindful movements that enhance coordination, strength, balance, flexibility and neuroplasticity. Each lesson is unique, a mini-learning adventure about one’s self. Facilitating letting go of tensions and concerns that may be held in the body and supporting our health and flexibility.
