Spring Equinox Breathwork and Sound Healing Ceremony

You are invited to join us as we celebrate another turn of the wheel and prepare ourselves to welcome in the Spring Equinox on March 20, 2023 and the New Moon in Aries on March 21, 2023. This is a potent time for connecting with yourself, for praying, and for planting the seeds of intention for this growing season.  As we enter the spring we are sprouting from the darkness and emerging from our winter caves.  We are given a new chance and a new beginning.  What are you ready to birth this year?

We will gather in circle- connecting as a community and honoring this moment of time upon the wheel of life.  We will open the circle with sharing of our intentions and creating a protected garden from which our seeds of love can grow.

We will anchor our prayers together and discuss the potency of this time.  Then you will be guided on a shamanic breathwork meditation focusing on the Goddess Ostara.  Alison will use her drum and voice to lead you into a deeper connection with the Goddess of Spring and the essence of this time of year.  We will be connecting with the power of rebirth, of renewal, and spring.  We will be celebrating the return of spring- of Persephone from the underworld.  Join us in cultivating the garden of your heart so that your love seeds will flourish this growing season.

After the breathwork you can relax and melt into the earth as you listening to the healing vibrations of the Gongs and crystal bowls.  Your energetic body will be washed clean during the sound healing.

Alison creates a safe space for people to open up and let go of what is no longer serving them. With the use of visualizations, music, essential oils, gong, flute and singing bowls she provides the container for you to journey into yourself.
