For over 60 years Alan Hooker’s love of preparing fresh foods and the engaging quality of eating the garden’s bounty with others was legendary. Bringing the garden into the restaurant was his legacy and we are committed to continuing that tradition using local and fresh ingredients in our scratch kitchen.

All of our produce is organic and sourced locally. All of our seafood is the highest level of sustainability, our meats are organic, grass-fed, free-range and raised antibiotic and cruelty-free. Some items take time to prepare and we might run out. No freezer, no fryer or microwave… only good fresh food.
