Our Classes and many Healing Appointments are now available virtually and by share donation.  We are here for you & invite you to be supported by and to support our devoted teachers & therapists.  Register in advance for zoom info.  Offerings include somatic education and classes, Continuum Movement, meditation, dance parties and community gatherings.

• Live-streaming classes start with suggested donation of $5.
• May convert current classes to credit to be used towards online classes.
• Virtual classes on Zoom have internet & phone options.  Recorded classes available, too.
